What we collect

When you leave a prayer, we store:

• the text of your prayer;
• the theme you chose, if any;
• the signature you wrote, if any (it is never shown publicly);
• the time it was sent, and that you agreed to our terms.

We do not ask for your name or email address, and we do not store your IP address with your prayer. We do not use advertising or analytics cookies, and we do not track you across websites.

How we use it

Every prayer is read by a member of our moderation team. We may edit it for clarity, safety and formatting, and we may publish it anonymously on this website. Some prayers are not published. We never sell or share prayers for marketing.

Please do not include names, contact details, or anything that could identify you or someone else. If you do, we will remove it or not publish the prayer.

Service providers

The website is hosted by Vercel, and prayers are stored in a database provided by Supabase. Like any web service, these providers process technical information (such as IP addresses) in their server logs to deliver and protect the website. They act on our behalf and may not use it for their own purposes.

Cookies

Visitors receive no cookies from us. Only members of our moderation team receive a strictly necessary cookie to stay signed in.

How long we keep it

Published prayers stay on the site until we archive them. Prayers we do not publish are kept for up to 12 months so we can review our moderation, then deleted.

Your choices

Because prayers are anonymous, we usually cannot tell which prayer is yours. If you would like a prayer removed, contact us and describe it, and we will do our best to find and remove it.
